Did you know that by simply directing traffic to a search engine. you can get paid, every month? Simply by adding a LeapFish widget to your site, like the one on the right side of this blog, you’ll get paid for bringing the power of Search 2.0 to your visitors. It’s as simple as:

    1. Get Widget
    2. Paste Code
    3. Earn Cash
Simply, the LeapFish Affiliate Program is a revenue sharing program where searches on your site, tracked back to the widget installed on your site, generates referral commissions. There is no cost to participate and no real technical skill required other than knowing where to paste the code into your website or blog. Create your own LeapFish affiliate account first than earn 5 cents (0.05 USD) per unique search having originated from your site using a PayPal account.

You can even track Widgets on different sites, use multiple different widgets on the same site and choose from an array of varied widget sizes and formats. It works better hosting your own site but some free blogging platforms that allow JavaScript will allow the widget to work. The widget above will pay me handsomely when you use it to check out LeapFish – Go On! – I dare you!!

All this convinces me that e-commerce is here to stay. The current economic climate might have dented the growth a bit, but it is in no way permanent. People are getting more and more connected these days and every aspect of their life is kind of inter-woven. Social life, work, shopping, interests and hobbies are all merging together in one way or other into the web – into the cloud. The boundaries are getting blurred and we are all heading to the same destination, albeit in different ways.

So if you are one of those who hasn’t shopped online yet (there are still many many of them), now is a very good time to take the first step. Trust me, you will only benefit from this more economical, time-saving, rational shopping experience! Shop with DubLi.

Housing bubble in Australia?Steve Keen has been arguing for years that excessive debt levels would bring the world economy and Australian housing crashing down. When the global financial crisis hit people started to listen. Now we’re starting to hear about green shoots in the economy. The Aussie share market has risen by 40% since March. With these positive signs some people are starting to doubt his predictions.

Yet Keen argues that it’s the high level of government intervention has helped in the short term, but the underlying problem remains. A huge amount of debt that needs to be wiped out before the economy will stabilize. Right now, if you remove the government stimulus the economy will slide. Listen to his interview at BNet and see what you think.

I have listened to Steve for several years now, followed his Debtwatch blog and been concerned at his predictions for Aussie housing prices that he says may tumble! With imminent rising interest rates, one wonders what may be in store for us in late 2009-2010. Others say with constant immigration and a housing stock shortage, there’s not worry at all! So what’s this got to do with a blog on DubLi reverse auctions in Australia? It has to do with cashflow, the lifeblood of our household budgets and ability to keep our lifestyles going.

The DubLi business is giving many DubLi business associates much needed cash flow quickly. The business model is easy to share and easy to convert to cash. Cashflow in this economy is king and a business that can convert to positive cashflow early must be carefully examined.

MLM computer skillsHow can you tell whether you have the computer skills necessary to perform an online MLM business? Good question! There are a lot of people out there who are interesting in promoting their MLM businesses online, but may or may not have the computer skills necessary to do that. How can you tell? Very simple. It breaks down to the age-old formula that seems to apply to everything in life:

Success = Skills + Time … or Money

You Can Do Online MLM Even Without Computer Skills
It’s true. I’ve seen people do it. People who can barely turn on their computer and read their email have been successful at marketing their MLM businesses online. How? Well, using the equation above, since they don’t have the skills, they apply money. They pay someone else to set up their MLM website, route appropriate emails to them, and handle all the other online promotion tasks.

It works great! The people I know who are successful with this model spend $300 to $500 per month on this. For most, cash flow is obviously not an immediate problem, and the money spent on online MLM marketing is considered an investment that does pay off.

The Skills You Need to Do Online MLM Yourself
Of course, if you don’t have and extra $300 to $500 to spend each month paying someone to do your online promotional activities, then you’re going to have to do it yourself. So what kind of computer skills will you need to handle your own online MLM promotion? At a minimum, I believe you need to:

    1. Send and receive emails
    2. Sign yourself up for various online accounts, such as email, article directories, and social media sites
    3. Format your written materials for online publication using a simple text editor, like Notepad
    4. Login and access online magazines and materials
    5. Fill in the appropriate blanks on a duplicated company-approved website, should you choose to use one (such as your name, ID#, and contact phone)
    6. Post stuff online, like posts to your own blog, comments on other people’s blogs, entries in online forums, and tweets on Twitter, publish articles or make a Squidoo lens or Hubpages hub.

These are the minimum skills you need to get started with online MLM marketing. Beyond that, the online world offers an immense “continuing education” opportunity such that you’ll never run out of stuff to learn.

The Most Important Skill You Need
Having listed all of these basic skills, the most important skill you need to have to be successful in online marketing is this… the willingness to ask for help!

Ask for helpIf you are willing to acknowledge your ignorance and ask for help, you’ve got it made. People online will always, always help you. True, sometimes you have to ask more than one person for help, but if you keep asking, help will always be forthcoming. Also, be forewarned that when you foray into the online world, if you make a mistake someone will definitely tell you, sometimes rudely. Just be prepared for this and acknowledge that the person is helping you, even if their tone of voice is less than polite.

I’ve gotten a lot of online help over the years, both paid and unpaid, and I’m always willing to pay it forward. If you’re looking for some casual help, drop me a line. If you are looking for an online MLM mentor and a strong online business opportunity, let me know. I’m always keen to invest in people who want to work and play online!

Tom Ashlok, DubLi Business AssociateA DubLi webinar with Tom Ashlock and Jim Pare was presented on July 13th 2009 with Roger Neville, an Australian instrumental in building DubLi in Australia from May 2009. Roger has worked with Tom Ashlock before and discusses Tom’s software work for DubLi, how Tom became a DubLi Business Associate after performing his due diligence on the company and how DubLi presents a unique internet business opportunity for those early on the ground.

During the ‘pre-launch phase’ prior to October 2009, teams are building their networks and the early birds taking a leap of faith and examining the business model carefully prior to the reverse auction sites opening in Australia are going to reap massive benefits for their efforts.

Listen to Tom Ashlok speak about DubLi at Aussie Reverse AuctionListen to Tom Ashlock explain why these early months in the DubLi business are imperative for success and why the DubLi business is a hybrid company with both a networking component and a customer-driven component which is a pure internet play.

The age old argument that most networking companies do not provide enough real customer sales is quickly dispelled in this webinar. This could be the sole reason that DubLi will grow so quickly!

Dr Mike Black, DubLi Business CoachI’m Dr Mike Black. Those of you who are out there looking online for a home-based business so as to work from home need to read this and revisit it again. This is a unique compelling business that is not easily understandable at first glance. It took me a few reads to ‘grab the concept’ and comprehend the scale of it.

I’ve been in the fitness and wellness industry for nearly 30 years. I’ve owned and operated chiropractic and wellness centres, worked in networking with weight loss products and supplements and it can be a challenging lifestyle…both in expending time and effort.

Staff, overheads, bank loans…you know the story! Trading time for money, but helping a lot of folk. I’m busy in full-time practice but the home-based business idea is a very viable concept in terms of giving me a life that I’m looking for.

Who wouldn’t seek continuing passive, residual income? In the last two years, I’ve set up several online businesses and they have been moderately successful. Certainly, they enabled me to learn the ropes around the internet and understand more about marketing trends and viral marketing.

If anything they whet my appetite for a bigger play. They do require continuing fertilising, marketing and work to keep them rolling. Is there a better way? It’s always been evident to me that understanding trends and getting on them early must be key.
